Let’s take care of your mental health
Welcome to my practice!
I'm Heather and I help folks find relief from anxiety, stress, and mood issues.
Sound familiar?
Anxiety is taking over your life—disrupting your relationships, your work, and your sense of self.
It’s been hard to share your feelings and needs, leaving you feeling stuck and helpless.
The thought of opening up to others feels too scary, which only makes the loneliness worse.
You’ve been trying to keep others happy, but you often end up feeling resentful, overwhelmed and even depressed.
You’re exhausted from pretending everything is fine when it’s not.
It’s okay not to be okay.
It’s okay to get the help you need.
Maybe others have suggested therapy before, and now you’re ready to take that step.
Living with anxiety is hard, but the good news is that it’s also very treatable! You already have the inner strength to manage it.
I’m here to guide you to that strength, so you can thrive in life.
Let’s start your healing journey and take back control from anxiety!
About
Therapy
My therapy process provides you with a safe space to be truly seen and heard by someone who understands. In this space, all feelings are welcome, allowing for deep healing.
Each week, you'll have time to process life's challenges with guidance and support. We'll work together to manage overwhelming symptoms that interfere with your daily life and prevent you from being the person you want to be.
As we address your concerns and access your inner strengths, you'll begin to feel more capable and less anxious. You'll gain the tools to handle life's challenges that once felt overwhelming.
What to expect:
Therapy thrives on consistency, curiosity, and commitment, all of which are essential for making meaningful progress. With the tools you learn in therapy, you’ll build healthy habits, practice self-reflection, and cultivate compassion for yourself. You’ll feel more empowered and mindful, allowing for ongoing growth and wellbeing.
By the end of therapy, you’ll:
Be okay with feeling your feelings
Be able to express your emotions, needs, and thoughts
Self-reflect with compassion, rather than judgment
Be comfortable with being uncomfortable, including setting and sticking to healthy boundaries
Let go of unresolved guilt and unworthiness
Build acceptance with life’s uncertainties
Maintain a curious mindset for continued growth and self-care
Some folks meet their therapy goals in 3-6 months. For others, a year or more provides the opportunity for deeper processing and healing. Therapy is like tending to a garden—making small but rooted changes that build a foundation for growth and flourishment. Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to support you in your healing.
