Welcome to a space where you don’t have to hold it together.
I’m a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Bay Area, supporting adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and ADHD — and how those things quietly reshape relationships, work, and quality of life.
I work to make therapy affirming, inclusive, and culturally responsive, with clients across all races, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations, and an awareness of how identity and lived experience shape mental health.
Professional experience
I’ve worked with adults from diverse backgrounds across hospitals, addiction treatment programs, and the criminal justice system — inpatient and outpatient — and I’ve supervised and mentored emerging therapists. That range is what makes my approach flexible rather than one-size-fits-all.
Therapeutic approach
Warm, collaborative, and strengths-based: a non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity instead of self-criticism. I draw on evidence-based treatments including DBT, IFS, EMDR, CBT, and ACT, matched to what you need, not a fixed method.
Outside of work
Spending time with loved ones, including my two cats, hiking, biking, crafting, reading, and yoga.
