Specialty
Therapy for life’s stressors and transitions.
A new job, a breakup, a move, a diagnosis, a milestone that didn’t feel the way you thought it would — even good change can be destabilizing. Therapy during a transition gives you somewhere to think out loud while you’re still figuring out what’s next.
What a difficult transition can look like
- Feeling unmoored, anxious, or stuck since a major life change
- Difficulty making decisions about what comes next
- Grief for a version of life or self you’re leaving behind
- Identity questions stirred up by a new role or chapter
- Stress that’s spilling into sleep, relationships, or health
How I can help
Transitions are a natural point to reassess what you actually want, not just react to what’s changing. We use this season as an opening — with CBT and ACT to manage the uncertainty, and EMDR or IFS if the transition is stirring up older material.
