Specialty
Depression therapy for when everything feels like more effort than it should.
Depression can look like sadness, or it can look like nothing at all — flatness, exhaustion, going through the motions of a life that used to feel like yours. Whatever it looks like for you, it’s workable.
What depression can look like
- Low energy or fatigue that rest doesn’t fix
- Loss of interest in things that used to matter to you
- Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
- Withdrawing from people you care about
- A persistent sense of numbness, hopelessness, or self-criticism
How I can help
We look at what’s maintaining the depression — thought patterns, unprocessed grief or trauma, relationship dynamics — rather than just symptom-managing. I draw on CBT to shift stuck thinking, IFS and EMDR when depression is tied to earlier experiences, and DBT skills to help you rebuild momentum without needing to feel motivated first.
