Specialty
Grief therapy for loss in any form it takes.
Grief isn’t only about death. It can follow a divorce, an estrangement, a diagnosis, a move, or the loss of a future you’d planned on. It doesn’t move in stages or on a schedule, and it doesn’t need to be minimized to be taken seriously.
What grief can look like
- Waves of sadness, anger, or numbness that come without warning
- Difficulty accepting or making sense of what happened
- Guilt about grieving “too much” or “not enough”
- Grief tangled up with relief, anger, or other complicated feelings
- Feeling stuck, isolated, or unsure how to keep going
How I can help
There’s no timeline I’m trying to move you through. We make room for grief exactly as it shows up — including the parts that don’t fit the narrative you think you’re supposed to have — and use IFS and EMDR when grief is complicated by trauma, guilt, or unfinished business with the person or life you lost.
